I was looking for a Spacious room in Mumbai and that’s when I came across an elegant property Birla Niyaara in Mumbai, Worli. The place was pretty and had a captivating space. Every unit of the apartment was beautifully designed. The architecture was cool, and overall, it was an abundant space. When I moved to Mumbai, my only goal was to find a decent apartment for me where I could shift and settle down.

I love Luxurious places, and that is why I wanted a place where there are comfortable rooms, top amenities, and natural surroundings. On days like these, it’s pretty hard to be in contact with nature as pollution affects us daily, and we’re unaware of it. For that very reason, I wanted a space covered with greenery and an area that has beautiful weather. Being in Mumbai, I always wanted a place from where I can travel to the beautiful spots in Mumbai and have fun.

I love Mumbai’s weather and its food, so that’s the only reason I wanted to have my home here. Soon, I’ll be getting engaged, and for me to settle down, I need a house first. This property I came across online had potential, and it aligned with my needs. I can utilize this 2BHK for many things, such as for my office or to stay with my roommate for a while.

There are 2, 3, 4, and 4+ BHK options available at this place, and the site was offered for a price of ₹6.49 Crores to ₹8.69 Crores. There were all amenities from basic to advanced. There are 3 Buildings-416 units in total, having a Project area of Around 10.00 acres. March 2028 is the possession date for this beautiful property.

The place is located near Bastian, Worli, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai. There are unique places to travel in Mumbai Worli, and after taking a flat in this place, I’ll be able to visit all of them quickly. There are many relatives of mine who live here so it’ll be easy for me to travel to them and meet them whenever I want.

The property layout looked so unique and captivating, which surprised me about the structure and architecture of the place. A good space is dictated by looking at its Amenities. The surroundings looked promising, but I also needed to be familiar with the amenities just to be sure.

Things I loved At Birla Niyaara

There are multiple things I liked about the property, but one of the key drivers was its surroundings. The surroundings were beautiful, and there was plenty of space around. Birla Niyaara is a premium residential project brought to life by Birla Estates Private Limited.

The project primarily features spacious and luxurious rooms with a good design and ample room for comfort and sophistication. With elegant space, this property features Luxurious amenities and grand homes that cater to those who seek the pinnacle of opulent living in Worli Mumbai. Unparalleled residence with huge rooms on the go.

The amenities here are amazing; they have multiple facilities available for the residents. First, we have a Jogging track for people who’d like to run and go for a jog. CCTV cameras

for security and safety purposes. The place is Vastu compliant and is aligned with the Vastu Shastra. There’s a Tennis court, Basketball court, and Badminton court offered here. I love playing these games, so I’ll be playing on these courts whenever I like.

There’s an Air conditioner for people’s convenience, and a Gas pipeline is available to avoid the hassle of booking a Gas. For proper waste management, they have a

Sewage treatment plants use the resources right, and they have a rainwater harvesting system. For working out, there’s a Gym that I can use. There’s also a Skating rink at the place where people who love skating can skate.

There’s a big Community hall where people can connect and be together. The intercom is for communication and maintenance staff to ensure people don’t face any inconvenience being at the place. There’s a Power backup for emergency purposes, and there’s also a Party area where people like me can party.

The servant room is also available here, and there’s a dedicated kids’ play area where kids can play and have fun. There’s a huge Swimming pool at the place for people who like to swim and enjoy their time.

There’s a shared garden, which I genuinely need so I can go on a walk whenever I feel like it. There’s a Fire safety

For significant events, there’s an Amphitheater available at the place. Reading books has always been my hobby and to keep it like that I wanted a Library at my home and to my surprise this place has a beautiful Library where I can go and read books.

Eliminating the hassle of parking in Mumbai, this place has Visitor parking available, and to keep an eye on the car and protect the people, this place has tight Security.
