Grand Hall

The Grand Hall at Cox Business Convention Center is one of the city’s premier event spaces, boasting the capacity for events ranging from trade shows and private parties to tradeshows and trade show booths. Cox Business Convention Center, owned and managed by ASM Global, is a 275,000-square-foot modern facility in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. LEGACY Hall will become Grand Hall, and new pre-function spaces and entrances will be added throughout the building; additionally, these renovations include upgrades of $100,000 worth to existing meeting rooms and areas in the building.

LEGACY Hall

The LEGACY Hall is an event center within the Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, built in 1964 and renovated. Over its history, extensive changes have occurred, such as installing a new box office, updating the theater and dressing rooms, and creating a pre-function area with multi-volume views and art. Furthermore, restrooms and a Sensory Room were added in its lobby area.

The facility features an in-house catering team to accommodate all of your food and beverage needs, whether for an event such as weddings or corporate gatherings. Their staff can create menus customized to events such as weddings or corporate meetings, while their floral and decorating team can create beautiful decor designs. Furthermore, this state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment allows it to host various occasions.

Conference Hall

The Cox Business Convention Center (CBCC) in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, covers 275,000 square feet. This event venue boasts a 7,000-seat arena and 34 meeting rooms; Oklahoma’s largest ballroom; column-free exhibit space surrounding 102.6K sq ft; built in 1964 and owned by the City of Tulsa but operated by SMG- a global leader in venue management, marketing and development until 2013. Until 2013, it also served as the home for Tulsa Roughnecks of the Professional Arena Soccer League 2013.

The CBCC provides an accommodating ballroom for couples planning larger weddings with up to 3,000 guests. Its Conference Hall provides flexible walls and glass gallery entries for smaller gatherings and events – plus catering and audio-visual services and an experienced technical service team that can fulfill even the most lavish AV requests!

Cox Business provides high-speed wired and wireless Internet services to over one million square feet of hotel, convention, trade show, and meeting room space in Southern Nevada, such as the LVCC; Las Vegas Stadium (future home of Raiders); UNLV’s Thomas & Mack Center; and T-Mobile Arena – making them the ideal partner to bring connectivity and technology expertise to LVCVA’s new venues. In particular, wireless access will be provided at refurbished CBCC events both inside and outside its confines.

Meeting Rooms

The Cox Business Convention Center in downtown Tulsa is a modern event venue with more than 275,000 square feet. It hosts various events – such as conventions, concerts, and weddings. But if you wanted access to the Internet, a better choice may be a coffee shop one block east in Bricktown since SMG (owned by the city) has tied itself into an agreement requiring it to sell access for profit.

Cox Communications quickly responded when the issue was brought up, providing high-speed wired and wireless service to the Las Vegas Convention Center for over a decade and thus uniquely qualified to offer their expertise to this new facility. They spent weeks tweaking antenna locations, so free access in public areas did not interfere with paid access inside meeting rooms.
