PRIMARY BY EXAMPLE – Generally known as “Walking The Talk”, just about any leader that does not lead through example is doomed. Leadership at all levels gets primarily subconscious. This is very important if you need to make quick decisions as well as think fast. In fact, almost all leaders have a very under-blown up view of themselves and sometimes fail to see what the much fuss and admiration approximate!
