Very Early Signs of Pregnancy

If you are wondering if you’re pregnant, you’ve come to the right place. Here you’ll find out the very early signs of pregnancy. They include a missed period, a vagina or vulva color change, and nausea. You can also check if you’re experiencing cramping or vaginal odor.

Missed period

The first physical sign of pregnancy is often a missed period. However, it would help if you did not assume that your missed period means you are not pregnant. Your body is preparing to become a mother by thickening its uterine lining so a fertilized egg can be implanted in your womb. If you are experiencing irregular periods, you should first test for pregnancy using a home pregnancy test.

Depending on your age and gender, you may notice an irregular menstrual cycle. While a missed period is a reliable early sign of pregnancy, it can also indicate other conditions. For example, a missed period can be caused by stress, weight gain, hormonal fluctuations, or fatigue. In addition, if the missed period occurs more than three weeks after a missed period, it may be due to the pregnancy.

Nausea

One of the very early signs of pregnancy is nausea. While not every woman experiences nausea, it is widespread. Women who are pregnant usually begin experiencing nausea and vomiting about four weeks after missing their menstrual period. Some women may also experience fatigue, bloating, and a constant urge to pee. Fortunately, there are ways to recognize and treat these symptoms.

Although nausea is often associated with morning sickness, it can occur anytime. For some women, morning sickness starts two weeks after conception and may continue throughout the pregnancy. If you’re experiencing excessive nausea, it’s a good idea to see a doctor and nutritionist determine what’s causing nausea.

Cramping

If you are pregnant, it’s natural to have some early pregnancy symptoms. These can include lightheadedness, dizziness, and headaches. These are caused by the increased blood flow in your uterus. You may also experience cramping. This can interfere with your daily life, so it’s a good idea to see a doctor if the cramping is severe or persistent.

Other early pregnancy symptoms include irregular periods and spotting. You may also have more frequent urination and heartburn. These symptoms are typical in early pregnancy and will likely disappear once the baby has positioned itself in the uterus.

Change in color of vulva and vagina

During pregnancy, many women notice changes in the color of their vagina and vulva. This is caused by increased blood flow to the area. This is necessary to support the growing uterus and embryo. This causes a blueish discoloration. Many women also report a feeling of fullness and pressure. In addition, the vagina will feel swollen.

If you’ve noticed a color change, you may have a pregnancy. The vagina is usually pink. However, if you are pregnant, you may notice that your vagina has turned blue or purple. This is called Chadwick’s sign and is one of the first signs of pregnancy. The vagina’s color change is due to increased blood flow and will eventually return to its standard color.

The vagina is approximately three inches long but can vary widely in shape and color. It is very elastic and is designed to stretch during childbirth. Therefore, changes in the vagina can be temporary or long-lasting.

Change in color of the vulva

One of the first signs of pregnancy is a change in color in the vulva. This may happen between the fourth and sixth weeks of pregnancy. The increased blood supply to the uterus causes the vulva to change from pink to a dark purple or red color. It is also customary to experience extra vaginal discharge during this time. If the discharge is unusual, you should see a doctor right away.

This colocolornge may be a sign of vaginal cancer in some women. The vagina may also appear sore or have a rash or warts. These changes may persist and turn into sores, lumps, or ulcers. You may also notice pelvic pain when you urinate or during sex.
